Yoga is for everyone. Bikebuddha Yoga’s yoga and relaxation classes are suitable for all ages and abilities. Our accessible Hatha style is great for beginners or anyone returning to exercise or recovering from injury.¬† Sessions also include breathwork, mindfulness meditation and aspects of Buddhism and Pilates.

Classes  are currently on Zoom on Sundays and Tuesdays. For details see classes.
