Yoga is for everyone. Bikebuddha Yoga’s down-to-earth yoga classes are suitable for all ages and abilities. Our accessible Hatha style is great for beginners or anyone returning to exercise or recovering from injury.  Sessions also include breathwork, mindfulness and aspects of Buddhism and Pilates.

We’re currently running online classes on Sunday mornings, Wednesday evenings and Friday afternoons, for details see classes.
