Bikebuddha yoga was set up in 2016 by Sally Brown with the aim of bringing therapeutic Hatha yoga to people who would benefit from it most. With a down-to-earth and accessible style Sally’s knowledge and practice are well grounded in theory and training. Her classes are unpretentious, mixed ability and open to all. Sally runs community yoga classes, classes for busy parents, stressed teens, neurodiverse people and grandparents. The name bikebuddha comes from interests in cycling and Buddhism.
Sally completed her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training with the Life Centre in London’s Yogacampus in 2017/18. She has trained with internationally renowned physiotherapist and senior yoga teacher Julie Gudmestad and in Buddhism and yoga with leading US Ashtanga practioner Richard Freeman. Sally is a member of the British Wheel of Yoga.
