Bikebuddha yoga was set up in 2016 by Sally Brown with the aim of bringing yoga and relaxation to the people who would benefit from it most. With a down-to-earth and accessible style Sally’s knowledge and practice are well grounded in theory and training. Her classes are unpretentious, mixed ability and open to all. Sally teaches community yoga classes, neurodiverse yoga, slow yoga, Hatha and Yoga Nidra. The name bikebuddha comes from interests in cycling and Buddhism.
Sally completed her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training with the Life Centre in London’s Yogacampus in 2017/18. She is a registered teacher with Yoga Alliance. She has trained in yoga anatomy with Julie Gudmestad, Buddhism and yoga with Richard Freeman, Yoga Nidra with Melanie Cooper and Jennie Wadsten and yoga for special people with Richard Kravetz.
